Dear Participant,
Thank you for taking part in this in this anonymous online survey questionnaire.
Your participation in the questionnaire is completely voluntary. If you choose to complete the questionnaire then completion is considered approval of participation. Your responses will be kept confidential.
This survey is a joint collaboration between Qatar’s state delivered Mental Health Services under Hamad Medical Corporation and Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health and is based upon the Sport for Health initiative of World Health Organization and the State of Qatar.
This survey will assist in understanding positive and negative impacts of mega sporting event on health of population, on health promotion and mental well-being.
This survey should not take more than 10 minutes to complete.
